Selling at Brilliant Auctions
We want to make selling your pre-loved items and collectibles fun and stress-free. We take consignments all-year-round and will carefully plan the best auctions for them to go into whether that be our general or specialist sales. You’ll be kept up to date throughout the process. Contact us for a consignment form which contains our terms and conditions.
Valuation
If you have items you’d like to be assessed and valued, simply contact us and we’ll arrange a time for you to visit us, or we can visit you!
We also hold regular valuation events which will be advertised here on our website and on our social media channels, you’re welcome to pop along to those without an appointment.
Once we’ve valued your items it’s completely up to you to decide how you'd like to proceed. If you choose to sell your items with us, we’ll carefully photograph and catalogue them ready for auction.
Post-Auction
We aim to ensure all buyers pay within 3 days of the sale. Once payment has cleared and the transaction is complete, we’ll forward the funds on to you within 3 weeks. If any of your items haven't sold, we’ll contact you to see if you’d like to put them in a future sale, collect them or have us dispose of them.
Sending your items
If the buyer isn’t collecting the items from us in person, they will be responsible for the cost of packing, postage and any associated insurance that’s needed. Don’t worry we’ll organise everything and the cost will be added to the buyer’s invoice.
